We are looking to connect with seasoned Company Secretaries (12-15 years PQE) for a senior chance with a prominent group organisation based in Mumbai.

The role will involve leading the secretarial, governance, and compliance function across Indian and overseas entities, with significant exposure to Board management, investor governance, FEMA/RBI compliances, and cross-border structuring.

Key areas of experience we are looking for:

• Corporate governance and Board processes

• FEMA / RBI compliances (FDI, ODI, ECB, FC-GPR, FC-TRS, etc)

• PE/VC investor interface and stakeholder management• Multi-entity and overseas structure management (Singapore exposure preferre

• Strong drafting and advisory capabilities
