What you'll do:

- Proactively call customers to upsell relevant products/services and drive repeat orders
- Reach out to dormant customers and win them back with targeted outreach
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and personally resolve issues behind negative ratings
- Act as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing patterns and feedback to help the team fix root causes
- Build genuine rapport with customers to strengthen long-term retention
- Track and report on upsell conversions, win-back rates, and review-recovery outcomes

What we're looking for:

- 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, retention, customer success, or upselling
- A persuasive, warm communication style — equally comfortable selling and empathizing
- Genuine customer-first instinct — you care about getting it right for the customer, not just closing the call
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, call/target lists, and basic reporting
- Self-driven with the ability to manage a daily outreach pipeline independently
