ABOUT US

We are a DevOps & Cloud Engineering training institute in Mumbai, operating in partnership with an IIT Innovation Hub (iHUB). We deliver structured, classroom-based programs for working professionals making serious career transitions — small batches, robust mentorship, real infrastructure exposure, and placement-backed outcomes. This is not a mass-market online course business. We are a premium, performance-focused institute.

ROLE OVERVIEW

- Counsel and convert qualified inbound leads into paid admissions

- Conduct structured career discussions — not script-based tele-calling

- Handle objections on fees, timing, competition, and online alternatives

- Maintain disciplined follow-up pipelines and CRM hygiene

- Own monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios

- Share structured feedback with marketing on lead quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1–5 years in EdTech admissions or career counselling (mandatory)





- Proven track record selling high-ticket programs (INR 50,000+ ticket size)

- Strong objection handling and closing ability

- Comfortable selling premium, classroom-based programs

- Revenue ownership mindset with a target-driven approach

- Stable job history and long-term orientation

THIS ROLE IS NOT A FIT IF YOU

- Have only tele-calling experience without structured counselling

- Need heavy daily micromanagement

- Have switched jobs every 6–8 months

- Are uncomfortable selling premium or high-ticket programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- CTC: 4,00,000 – 7,00,000 per annum + performance incentives

- Cell phone reimbursement

- Paid sick leave
