- Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, cost estimation, and financial management is essential.
- Work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Should have the capability to handle a centralised team
- Checking of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost, Material reconciliation.
- Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill.
- Submission of Non Tendered items bill along with required documents (Rate analysis / supporting documents).
- Preparation of Projected Billing.
- Comparison of Budgeted cost vs billing vs Expenditure.
- Knowledge of IS Codes.
- Candidates having experience in Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings and those who have worked for contracting companies are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.




- Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, billing, tendering, and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, and project specifications.
- Experience in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, cost reports, and variation claims.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, market rates, cost control, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Willingness to visit project sites across Bangalore whenever required.
