Job Purpose
To deliver effective teaching and practical training in Interior Design, guide students in academic and design projects, and support their overall career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Interior Design subjects through engaging theoretical and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in design projects, studio work, presentations, and portfolios.
- Provide practical training in space planning, furniture design, materials, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Train students in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, marks, and other required documentation.
- Support exhibitions, workshops, seminars, site visits, and other academic activities.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with other faculty members and the academic team for smooth course delivery.
