Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the erection of power distribution equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and other electrical installations in rural areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during field work and maintain a safe working setting for team members.
- Coordinate with engineers to plan and execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Power Distribution or related field (Electrical Installation/Rural Electrification).
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices, including transformer erection procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in rural settings with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
