Job responsibilities

∙Conduct on-site visits and interviews to collect information related to an individual's background, including employment history, education qualifications, criminal records, and personal references.

∙Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents provided by individuals or organizations,

such as degrees, certifications, identification, and address proof.

∙Conduct reference checks by contacting provided references to verify employment details,

character references, and personal information.

∙Visit previous employers, educational institutions, and other relevant sources to validate employment history,



educational qualifications, and professional licenses.

∙Document findings and prepare detailed reports on background verification results, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and confidentiality of the information obtained.

∙Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements

Minimum Class XII Pass

∙Proven experience in conducting background verifications or similar investigative roles,

preferably in a field-based capacity.
