About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Rourkela. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and revenue.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets.





Candidate Profile
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
Must be a local resident of Rourkela.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Positive knowledge of the Rourkela local market.
