Job Role:
We are looking for a energetic and persuasive Sales Specialist – Luxury Pens to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage with online clients who visit
Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchases
Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendations
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket value
Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during, and after purchase
Share shipment tracking information promptly and accurately
Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedback
Update clients on new product launches and special offers
Maintain client records and call status using CRM tools
Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches




Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experience
Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen store
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Confident in client interaction and persuasive selling
Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about them
Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools
Passionate, proactive, and willing to grow with the brand
