About The Role

Location : Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Chef to join our team and lead bakery operations in a high-volume, skilled food production environment. We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical bakery expertise with leadership and a manufacturing mindset.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Experience in a bakery manufacturing, cruise, airline catering, or large-scale production kitchen.
· Strong knowledge of modern bakery techniques, processes and products.
· Hands-on experience working with advanced bakery machinery and equipment.
· A strong understanding of production planning, quality, food safety and consistency.
· Proven ability to lead, train and develop a team effectively.
· A passion for keeping up with current bakery trends.
· The ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment while maintaining productivity and quality.
