OneIOT is an AI-native IoT software company headquartered at T-Hub, Hyderabad, with an expanding footprint across New Zealand and Europe. As we scale into new markets, we're looking for someone who can build and lead the sales engine that gets us there.

The Role
We're hiring a Sales Lead to own the sales function end-to-end — the team, the pipeline, and the revenue number. This is a builder's role: you'll be shaping process as much as closing deals, and mentoring a team while staying close enough to the ground to know exactly where each deal stands.

What You'll Do
Own and lead the sales team — coaching and performance management
Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closure
Own revenue targets and report progress against them to leadership
Design and refine sales processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline across the team
Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets (India, New Zealand, Europe)




Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategy
Represent OneIOT in key client meetings, negotiations, and strategic deals
Track market trends and competitor activity to keep OneIOT's positioning sharp

What We're Looking For
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1-2 years leading a team
Proven track record of owning and hitting revenue targets
Experience in B2B/enterprise sales — IoT or tech sales strongly preferred
Strong pipeline and CRM management discipline
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and coach a sales team from the ground up
Comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, early-stage company environment
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
