What This Role Is About
At MediFyr, we support patients throughout their healthcare journey with clarity, coordination, and empathy.

We are hiring a Telugu-speaking Patient Interaction Intern who can communicate confidently with patients and their families, understand their concerns, and help guide them through the next steps of care.

This is a hands-on, patient-facing role that combines communication, coordination, and problem-solving.

Language Skills (Mandatory)
Telugu – Fluent (Read, Write, Speak)
English – Good working proficiency
Hindi – Conversational (Optional)

What You’ll Do
Talk to patients and families via calls and WhatsApp
Understand concerns and explain medical processes in simple language
Collect and coordinate medical reports and documents
Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups




Maintain clear and organized communication records
Coordinate with internal hospital and operations teams
