About the Role
We are looking for a talented and proactive Instructional Designer with 2–3 years of experience in eLearning/course development. The ideal candidate should have strong instructional design and content development skills, along with the confidence and communication skills to interact directly with clients, understand their requirements, conduct discussions, and coordinate project deliverables.

The candidate will work closely with SMEs, clients, visual designers, eLearning developers, and project managers to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities
Analyze learning objectives, source materials, and client requirements to develop effective learning solutions.
Create storyboards, scripts, learning activities, assessments, quizzes, and course outlines.
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
Convert complex subject matter into simple, learner-friendly content.
Develop content for various formats including eLearning, microlearning, video-based learning, simulations, and instructor-led training.
Review and improve existing learning content based on learner and client requirements.
Client Interaction and Requirement Gathering




Communicate directly with clients to understand their learning objectives, expectations, target audience, and project requirements.
Participate in client calls, requirement-gathering meetings, review meetings, and project discussions.
Ask relevant questions and clarify requirements before beginning content development.
Present storyboards, concepts, prototypes, and course approaches to clients.
Understand and incorporate client feedback into deliverables.
Communicate project updates, challenges, dependencies, and timelines effectively.
Build a professional relationship with clients and act as a reliable point of contact for instructional design-related discussions.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design / eLearning content development.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
Experience creating storyboards and scripts for eLearning courses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently participate in client calls and explain instructional design decisions
Good understanding of adult learning principles.
Ability to analyze and simplify complex information.
Solid attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
