Strong experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM)
SAR drafting and filing
Experience in Crypto Investigations
OSINT & Complex Investigations
Narrative preparation and regulatory reporting
Risk mitigation and escalation management
Strong knowledge of BSA and global AML requirements
Robust written communication, analytical & critical-thinking skills
Experience with financial data platforms, database research tools & transaction screening systems
Hands-on experience with LexisNexis for due diligence and case support
Ability to identify patterns, assess risks and apply risk-based judgment
