IT Sales Executive – Remote

JobJockey is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our remote sales team.

About the Role

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating new leads, understanding client requirements, presenting JobJockey's recruitment and workforce solutions, and converting prospects into successful business opportunities.

This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with sales/business development experience who have strong communication skills and are interested in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business opportunities through online and offline prospecting.
- Research and identify potential clients, HR managers, founders, and business decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through Phone Calls, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Understand client hiring and workforce requirements.
- Present appropriate JobJockey recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Explain services clearly and handle client questions professionally.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads consistently until deal closure.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Maintain lead records and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and delivery teams for client requirements.
- Negotiate with prospects and support successful deal closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good lead generation and prospecting ability.




- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with HR managers, founders, and business owners.
- Basic understanding of IT services and recruitment.
- Good internet research skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Compensation

First 2 Months – Probation:

- Commission-based prospect.
- 10% commission on every successful sale generated.
- No upper limit on commission earnings.

After Successful Probation:

Based on performance, consistency, professionalism, and target achievement, candidates may be offered a fixed monthly salary along with performance incentives and commission, as per company policy.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
