ChloAlkali industry. He should have prior experience of being a Plant Head

Operations & Manufacturing

- Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted production.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and asset utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Maintenance & Engineering
- Direct preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability.
- Oversee engineering functions and ensure optimum utilization of plant equipment and infrastructure.
- Drive modernization, debottlenecking, and technology upgradation initiatives





Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

- Promote a strong safety culture across the complex.
- Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability standards.
- Drive initiatives for zero-accident performance and environmental protection
- Knowledge of PSM implementation is preferred
- ETP handlign and achieving norms within pollution board limits

Handling statutory authorities

- Pollution boards
- Factory inspector/DISH
- Electrical inspector
- Dealing with Power supply boards and transmission authorities
- Explosive and poison licensing
- Board reporting as and when needed
- Gram sarpanch and municipal commissioner, etc.
