We are looking for experienced Home Health Coding professionals who are passionate about teaching and interested in taking up a Trainer role.
Position: Home Health Coding Trainer
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Home Health Coding
- Strong knowledge of Home Health coding guidelines, documentation, and coding practices
- Valuable understanding of ICD-10-CM coding and Home Health-specific coding requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex coding concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Candidates currently working as Home Health Coders and willing to transition into a training role are encouraged to apply
- Previous training/teaching experience is an advantage,
but experienced coders with a strong interest in training are also welcome
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for Home Health coding professionals
- Explain coding concepts, guidelines, and real-time case scenarios
- Help trainees improve coding accuracy and documentation understanding
- Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and feedback
- Keep trainees updated on relevant coding guidelines and industry practices
