Position: Sales specialist
Purpose of the RoleDrive sales growth by achieving assigned targets through effective customer engagement and project execution.
Role Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products/services to targeted customers within the assigned branch area.
- Respond promptly to all customer enquiries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Generate leads independently through door-to-door activities and cold calling.
- Submit daily call reports to the Branch Sales In-Charge.
- Execute weekly BTL (Below the Line) activities such as kiosk setups, leaflet distribution, and brochure campaigns.
- Participate in on-ground and group activities to counter competition and enhance brand visibility.
- Maximize capacity utilization by driving sales from low-utilized elements in the assigned area.
- Assist the Branch Sales In-Charge in preparing and implementing the area sales plan.
Key Result Areas
- Acquire recent clients to ensure business growth.
- Achieve sales targets to maximize organizational profitability.
Work Experience & Requirements
- 06 months - 6 years of experience in direct sales.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with door-to-door exposure.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
