About the Role

We are looking for a senior Brand Communication & PR leader to take complete ownership of our brand transformation, global positioning and international market entry.

The role will lead the journey of transforming our product into a globally recognized, trusted and differentiated brand through strategic branding, product storytelling, international PR, advertising, business summits and 360 communication.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of the brand's strategy, positioning, communication, reputation and global growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the Global Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning and Brand Transformation.
- Develop the brand strategy for international market entry and global expansion.
- Create a strong product story, brand narrative, value proposition and messaging for international audiences.
- Lead 360 Brand Communication and International Advertising across relevant channels.
- Build international PR, media relations, reputation and thought-leadership strategies.
- Develop communication strategies for product launches, new markets and global campaigns.
- Lead brand presence across business summits, international conferences, exhibitions and industry platforms.
- Build executive and corporate thought leadership for founders and senior leadership.
- Develop a premium and consistent global brand experience across customer touchpoints.
- Monitor global competitors, market trends, customer behaviour and brand perception.
- Build strategic relationships with international media, partners, institutions and industry bodies.
- Lead creative, advertising, PR and media agencies to ensure execution aligns with the global brand strategy.




- Establish brand governance and communication standards across markets.
- Connect brand strategy with business growth, market expansion and commercial objectives.

What We Are Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Communication, PR, Corporate Communications, Advertising or Marketing Communications.
- Proven experience in brand building, repositioning, transformation or international expansion.
- Strong experience in global/international branding and market positioning.
- Hands-on experience in International PR, Media Relations, Advertising and Product Launches.
- Strong product storytelling and brand narrative development skills.
- Experience with 360 integrated communication and global campaigns.
- Exposure to international business summits, conferences, exhibitions and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, competitive intelligence and brand reputation.
- Experience managing creative, PR, advertising and media agencies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to connect brand building with business growth and international market expansion.
