We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Merchandising to manage customer coordination, product development, and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication and order execution from development to shipment.
- Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, PPC, Sourcing, and Quality teams.
- Manage T&A;, costing, order follow-up, and approvals.
- Track sample development, fabric/trims approvals, and production timelines.
- Ensure on-time delivery and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and order status updates.
Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
- Experience in export garment merchandising preferred.
- Valuable understanding of fabric, trims, costing, sampling, production, and shipment processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates open to working from Mysore are preferred.
