Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (Bulk Hiring)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter / Sourcer with robust experience in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for roles across Accounts, Finance, Customer Experience Management (CXM), Workforce Management (WFM), and other non-IT functions. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume hiring demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT hiring requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle hiring for roles in Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, Operations, and similar domains
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Coordinate offer rollout, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Key Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing
• Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring
• Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working from office 6 days a week if need basis
• Flexible to extend working hours based on business requirements
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in consultancy/staffing firms or high-volume hiring environments
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills
