Student Experience:

Mentor & counsel students (study plans, roadmaps, check-ins).

Support via WhatsApp, calls, & doubt sessions.

Arrange tests/mocks, track performance, and maintain data & reports. Resolve issues (refunds, dissatisfaction, quality) proactively & promptly.

Content: Define Zell Way learning outcomes, concepts, and curriculum framework.

Partner with faculty to deliver high-quality instruction and step in for replacements.

Produce LMS and YouTube content to enhance learning and brand presence.

Lead demo sessions and support cross-functional content development.

Faculty Management:

Manage and align with faculty expectations and roles.

Monitor and ensure quality control of sessions (manual + automated checks).

Support in sourcing, onboarding, and training current faculty.
