Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished leader to drive strategic AI & Data transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. This role combines executive leadership, large-scale program delivery, data platform modernization, GenAI implementation, client management, and business growth responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in up-to-date data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, experience building Data Lakes and Lakehouse architectures, and a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar AI and data transformation programs from pre-sales through delivery and value realization.

This role will be responsible for delivery excellence, customer success, financial management, talent development, and expansion of the AI & Data practice.

Experience

- 18-20+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
- 8+ years leading enterprise programs and large delivery organizations.
- Proven experience managing portfolios exceeding $10M+ annual revenue.
- Experience leading globally distributed delivery teams of 100+ professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- AI & Data Program Leadership
- Lead large-scale AI and Data transformation programs ranging from $5M to $50M+ engagements.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple customer accounts.
- Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and value realization.
- Build and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
- Establish delivery frameworks, best practices, and operating models for AI and Data programs.

- Data Platform Modernization

- Lead enterprise-scale modernization initiatives involving: Data Lakes, Lakehouse Architectures, Data Warehouses, Cloud Migrations, Data Governance Platforms, Real-Time Analytics.
- Provide architectural oversight for: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, AWS Data Platform, Informatica IDMC,



Data Catalog and Governance Solutions.
- Define enterprise data operating models and reference architectures.

- AI & GenAI Delivery Ownership

- Lead delivery of AI and GenAI solutions from ideation through production deployment.
- Govern AI use cases involving: Copilot Solutions, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Management, LLM Applications, AI-Powered Analytics, Intelligent Automation.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI standards, security, compliance, and operational monitoring.
- Drive measurable business outcomes through AI adoption.

- Client Engagement & Executive Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Act as trusted advisor to client executives on AI and Data strategy.
- Conduct executive steering committee reviews.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems involving business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Lead client escalations and ensure successful resolution.

- Business Growth & Practice Development

- Support sales and solutioning for strategic opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, RFP responses, estimations, and solution reviews.
- Contribute to AI & Data practice growth strategy.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Drive account expansion and revenue growth.
- Build thought leadership assets, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable IP.

- Financial & Operational Management

- Own program P&L; and financial performance.
- Track Revenue, Margin, Utilization, Forecasting, Capacity Planning.
- Ensure delivery meets financial targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

- People Leadership

- Build and mentor high-performing AI & Data teams.
- Develop future leaders across architecture, delivery, and consulting tracks.
- Establish capability development plans for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI Engineering, and Program Management teams.
- Drive employee engagement and retention.
