Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.

- Conduct headhunting activities to identify top talent for senior positions.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment plans.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.

- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, End-To-End Recruitment, Hiring, Head Hunting, Recruitment Management processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid client relationships.
