Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or human resources management.

- Robust understanding of bulk hiring, leadership hiring, volume hiring processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (stakeholders).

- Proficiency in BPO hiring practices with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
