Purpose of the Job

To lead and manage Treasury Operations by ensuring effective liquidity management, banking operations, trade finance administration, cash flow planning, debt servicing, and treasury governance. The role is responsible for maintaining adequate fund availability, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements, optimizing banking relationships, and supporting business growth through robust treasury controls and efficient financial operations

Qualification & Experience:

- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 8-10 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking, Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, or Corporate Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day treasury and banking operations.
- Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund utilization.
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and trade finance instruments.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for treasury-related activities.
- Monitor debt servicing, lender obligations, and financing compliance.




- Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Support treasury risk management related to liquidity, interest rates, foreign exchange, and counterparties.
- Prepare treasury MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Project Finance, and Group Treasury teams.
- Drive process improvement and treasury automation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Management, Trade Finance, or Corporate Treasury.
- Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
- Experience in BG/LC management and banking relationships.
- Knowledge of debt administration, lender compliance, and treasury controls.
- Exposure to RBI/FEMA regulations and treasury governance practices.
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, data centers, EPC, real estate, or other capital-intensive industries will be preferred.
