We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI / Bot Developer with robust expertise in Kore.ai and emerging Agentic AI technologies to build enterprise-grade AI agents and conversational experiences.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kore.ai XO10/XO11/Artemis, LLMs, RAG, APIs, prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI Agents using Kore.ai Artemis.

Build multi-agent orchestration with Goals, Tasks, Tools, Memory, Handoffs, and Delegation.

Develop conversational solutions using Kore.ai, including Dialog Tasks, FAQs, Search AI, and Knowledge AI.

Create and maintain Agent Blueprint Language (ABL) artifacts.

Integrate enterprise-approved LLMs, RAG pipelines, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering capabilities.

Implement AI guardrails, grounding, hallucination prevention, content filtering, and governance.

Integrate bots and AI agents with CRM, Core Banking, Middleware APIs, Authentication Services,



and Data Platforms.

Develop and consume REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

Support automated testing, AI evaluation, prompt testing, UAT, production validation, and troubleshooting.

Support CI/CD, environment migration, releases, hyper-care, and production support.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years of Chatbot / Conversational AI Development

3+ years of Kore.ai Platform experience

Kore.ai XO10 / XO11 / Artemis

Agentic AI concepts & architecture

REST APIs & JSON

JavaScript / Node.js / Python

Prompt Engineering

LLMs, RAG & Vector Databases

Enterprise application integrations

Good to Have

Banking / Financial Services domain experience
