Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong product-design experience who can independently manage the complete design lifecycle from requirement understanding and user flows to final mockups, developer handoff, and implementation validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own UI/UX design activities from requirements to final implementation.

- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and responsive interfaces .

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Teams, and stakeholders.

- Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and drive design decisions.

- Convert complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.

- Maintain consistency across design systems, components, typography, spacing, and interactions .

- Prepare developer-ready design specifications and support developer handoff.

- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX gaps before release.

- Conduct usability reviews and identify accessibility, friction, and improvement areas.

- Maintain reusable components, design systems,



and design documentation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.

- Strong knowledge of UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design .

- Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile/application interfaces .

- Robust stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to justify design decisions based on user needs, business requirements, and usability.

- Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, responsive design, and developer handoff .

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requirements.

Good to Have

- Experience in SaaS, enterprise, workflow-heavy, or internal business applications .

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints .

- Experience working with developers and QA through implementation and release.

- Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility, analytics, or product experimentation.

- Experience with AI/LLM-based product interfaces or workflows .
