We are looking for a skilled Mobile Frontend Developer to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cross-platform mobile development and a good understanding of mobile UI/UX, APIs, performance optimisation, and app deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, pixel-accurate mobile screens.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product teams.
- Debug and resolve application performance and UI issues.
- Ensure compatibility across different devices and OS versions.
- Participate in application testing, releases, and production issue resolution.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable frontend code.
Required Skills
- 35 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Solid hands-on experience in React Native
- Good understanding of Android and iOS mobile application lifecycle.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of mobile state management.
- Experience with Firebase, including Authentication, Notifications, Analytics, or Crashlytics.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Kotlin / Java for Android.
- Basic knowledge of Swift / SwiftUI for iOS.
- Experience with Play Store and App Store deployments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications.
- Experience with unit or integration testing.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
Ideal Candidate
A developer who has actually shipped mobile apps and can independently take ownership of frontend features from UI implementation through testing and release. Production experience is more important than simply listing Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native on the resume.
