Job Description

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and presentable Sales Executives for a reputed jewelry showroom.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong interest in retail sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewelry products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and other jewelry collections.
- Explain product details, pricing, making charges, offers, and schemes clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent showroom service.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain jewelry displays and ensure products are presented professionally.




- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, new collections, and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in jewelry, retail, showroom, fashion, or luxury sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication preferred.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong convincing ability.
- Professional grooming and positive personality.
- Willingness to work in a showroom workplace and rotational shifts.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass candidates with relevant sales skills can apply.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
