Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) who can also contribute to QA/QC activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess solid client communication skills, experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and software testing/quality assurance. Candidates with prior experience in the Health Insurance / Healthcare domain will be highly preferred.

This role requires close coordination with clients, internal development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Responsibilities

- Interact directly with clients to understand business requirements and expectations.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Analyze business workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for the technical team.
- Coordinate with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and client demos.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.

QA/QC Responsibilities

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.




- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
- Ensure overall product quality and compliance with project standards.
- Support release validation and production verification activities.

Client Communication Responsibilities

- Act as a primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Conduct requirement clarification calls and status discussions.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain professional client relationships.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issue escalations effectively.
- Participate in client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of software testing concepts and QA processes.
- Ability to multitask between BA and QA responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Healthcare / Health Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of:
- Claims processing
- Policy management
- TPA workflows
- Member enrollment
- Provider management

- Familiarity with tools such as:

- JIRA
- Postman
- SQL
- Test management tools
