- Create an engaging, cheerful, and interactive customer experience at the dessert counter.
- Educate customers on dessert offerings and confidently recommend pairings and add-ons.
- Drive dessert trials, upselling, and combo conversions to maximize sales.
- Ensure the dessert counter experience is lively, premium, and welcoming.
Operations & Product Handling
- Oversee pre-rush preparation for made-to-order desserts to ensure smooth peak-hour execution.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, display aesthetics, and SOP compliance.
- Ensure proper plating and presentation to enhance the visual appeal of desserts.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment when required.
Team & Shift Management
- Supervise and guide the team during shifts to ensure efficient service and task completion.
- Allocate responsibilities to team members and ensure smooth shift handovers.
- Support, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate closely with baristas and store teams during rush hours to ensure seamless operations
