About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for a reputed hospitality group. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in hotel/resort finance and accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for hotel/resort operations.
- Handle Tally / SAP accounting and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review Bank Reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, receivables, invoices, expenses and vendor payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, monthly statements and management reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses and operational accounting for hospitality units.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks and internal departments.




- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist the Finance Manager / Financial Controller with financial reporting and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience in Hotel / Resort Accounts.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Tally and/or SAP.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Strong experience in Bank Reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Hospitality industry experience is mandatory / strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Education

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- Hospitality finance experience will be an added advantage.
