IIBF Certification is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to drive digital customer acquisition for Kotak account openings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets across Straight-Through Processing (STP) activities.
- Complete lead processing within the assigned Turnaround Time (TAT) set by reporting managers.

Note: Fixed payout slabs are also available based on monthly lead achievement, with additional incentives linked to targets.
