Were seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Core HR and Fast Formulas to lead implementations, optimize processes, and deliver client success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Core HR implementations across workforce structures, employment models, and person management.
- Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes for seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time & Labor.
- Conduct requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support golive activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, OTL) for integration.
- Provide best practice guidance,



resolve functional/technical issues, and deliver client training.

Required Skills

7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Fast Formula experience

Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and person management

Expertise in Fast Formula development (Payroll, Advantages, Absence, Time rules)

Handson experience in endtoend Fusion HCM implementations

Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills

Ability to manage client interactions effectively in hybrid mode
