- Lead the project team to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, design development, procurement, construction management, and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in general management or senior leadership roles in real estate development or property management.
- Proven track record in heading construction projects from concept to completion for residential or commercial properties.
- Robust understanding of high-rise building construction methods and materials used in India.
