- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as estimation, rate analysis, and billing to ensure project profitability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantities.
- Analyze contract documents and drawings to determine accurate material requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Excel, and other relevant software tools.
- Solid understanding of Construction Design principles and practices.
