Key Responsibilities:

- BIM Modelling : Develop HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing modelling up to LOD 500 ,Prepare MEP BIM models from PDFS, Point cloud and CAD files
- Clash Detection: Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams. Prepare clash reports and suitable solutions for the clashes identified
- BIM Coordination: Coordinate Multidisciplinary BIM Models,
- Model Development: Prepare coordination drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models as per project requirements.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and senior BIM professionals for smooth project execution.
- Documentation & Updates: Maintain model revisions, updates, and project documentation.
- Client Coordination Support: Attend coordination meetings and track design changes based on client inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education Background: Bachelor's in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of professional experience in MEP BIM modeling , BIM coordination, shop drawings and Spool drawing creation for US, UK, Canada, Australia or European clients
- Software Skill sets : Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC Collaborate Pro
- Communication:



Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate with clients in USA, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe
- MEP Domain Expertise: Understanding of International Mechanical(HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing and firefighting systems
- Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in models and drawings.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
