Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage overall Finance & Accounts functions and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Handle and monitor book keeping, accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and book closures.

- Manage invoicing, billing, revenue recognition, receivables, and payables.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, financial statements, and variance analysis.

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.

- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Consultants, Banks, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor project-wise financial performance, cash flow, working capital, and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.

- Provide financial inputs and analysis to senior management for business and project decisions.

- Monitor budgets, actual expenditure, cost controls, and financial forecasts.

- Handle project/SPV accounting and financial reporting, particularly for HAM projects.





- Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement, and operations teams for financial and billing-related matters.

- Establish strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Requirements :

- Qualified CA with 18+ years of relevant experience.

- Solid knowledge of Book Keeping, Invoicing, MIS, Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

- Good understanding of SPV structures and HAM projects.

- Experience in project accounting, billing, receivables, and cash-flow management.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
