Propshop Events and Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

What You Will Do

- Generate current B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, email, WhatsApp, calling, databases, and online research.
- Identify potential clients, companies, brands, exhibitors, and key decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls and introduce our services to prospective clients.
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings for the Sales / Business Development team.
- Maintain and update the client and lead database.
- Build long-term professional relationships with prospects.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams.
- Maintain daily activity reports and track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people




- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Good at convincing and influencing potential clients
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Experienced in Lead Generation / B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
- Familiar with LinkedIn and online research
- Good at identifying decision-makers
- Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results
- Organized and able to maintain proper follow-ups
- Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude

Experience Required

1–3 years of relevant experience in:

- Business Development
- Lead Generation
- B2B Sales
- Inside Sales
- Telecalling / Outbound Calling
- Client Acquisition
- Corporate Sales
- Experience in the following industries will be an added advantage:
