Corporate Legal Agreements

- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting various corporate legal agreements, including:

- Vendor Onboarding Agreements, Software License Agreements, Merchant Pay Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SaaS Agreements

- Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Co-lending Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs),

- Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational requirements.

- Sending replies to legal notices and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for appropriate legal responses.

- Qualification & Experience:

1. LL.B./LL.M.

2. 6+ years of experience in Corporate Legal , preferably in an NBFC, Bank, Financial Services, FinTech, or corporate setting.

3. Strong experience in drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing corporate and commercial agreements.
