Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and headhunting.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.

- Proven track record of successful headhunting and end-to-end recruitment experiences.

- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including social media platforms like LinkedIn.
