1. Dealing with electrical maintenance (preventive, periodic & breakdown handling) of machines, shop floor administration.

2. Anchoring commissioning of equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

3. Facilitating planned/ preventive/ predictive maintenance of critical and non-critical equipment.

4. Siemens Logic & HMI design and configuration.

5. Leading commissioning, programming, maintenance, breakdown handling of VFDs

6. Reducing breakdown, to enhance productivity, to increase MTBF & to reduce MTTR & reducing tool cost.

7. Ensuring periodic calendar & systemic chart preparation for equipment, while implementing KAIZEN & 5s

8. Executing systematic maintenance of all LT panels, transformers, breakers and motors, all type of starters.

9. Plant Automation & System Development.

10. Actively involved in modification project of plant for better quality and higher productivity.
