Role: Site Safety Officer
Location: Everest Industries Plant/Site

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring a secure working environment by implementing EHS policies, conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and ensure corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and employee compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.




- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to strengthen the site safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory EHS requirements and company policies.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience: 25 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
