Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent through headhunting techniques to meet client requirements.

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Provide consultancy services to clients on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field (head hunting).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).

- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment experiences in non-IT domains.

- Solid understanding of current market trends and industry developments in the recruitment space.
