Job Description

We are looking for a self-sufficient Python Developer who can independently design, develop, test, and ship production-ready Python modules and libraries with minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience in Python development with the ability to build complete features, libraries, and modules independently.
- Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals, including typing, async/await, decorators, context managers, generators, and standard library.
- Experience with REST APIs and/or gRPC services.
- Positive understanding of SOLID, DRY, separation of concerns, OOP, and functional programming patterns.
- Experience with pytest, unittest, and mocking.
- Familiarity with pip, Poetry, or similar package/dependency management tools.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to understand and work independently from system design documents, ERDs, sequence diagrams,



API specifications, and technical requirements.
- Ability to make module-level architectural decisions, define interfaces, and identify scalability or design concerns.
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, with the ability to validate and improve AI-generated code.

Good to Have

- Experience building internal Python libraries or SDKs.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Exposure to data pipelines, Celery, RQ, or event-driven systems.
- Basic understanding of Docker and deployment workflows.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source Python projects.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI/ML-related tooling.
