### Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare electrical design and engineering drawings for BMRCL project requirements.

* Develop and review electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), schematics, and wiring diagrams.

* Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, cable routing, earthing, and related systems.

* Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, civil, and other engineering teams to ensure proper integration of electrical services.

* Review drawings and technical specifications and ensure compliance with project standards.

* Prepare BOQ, material take-offs, and technical documentation.

* Coordinate with site and project teams for design clarifications and modifications.

* Attend design review meetings and incorporate client/consultant comments.





* Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable electrical codes, standards, and BMRCL project requirements.

* Support site teams with technical inputs and resolve design-related issues.

* Maintain proper documentation and update drawings based on project changes.

### Required Qualifications & Skills

* *Qualification:* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

* *Experience:* 3–8 years in electrical design/engineering.

* Experience in *MEP / infrastructure / metro / railway / commercial projects* will be preferred.

* Proficiency in *AutoCAD* is required.

* Knowledge of electrical design software/tools and preparation of SLDs, layouts, and schematics.

* Good knowledge of electrical systems, cable sizing, load calculations, earthing, lighting, and power distribution.

* Knowledge of relevant electrical standards and safety requirements.

* Valuable coordination and communication skills.
