Key Requirements
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
- Strong expertise in developing integrations using: • HDL for inbound integrations • BI Publisher (BIP) & HCM Extracts for outbound integrations
- Deep knowledge of data transformation techniques across HCM modules
- Handson experience with DATA MIGRATION
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical abilities
- Clientfacing experience in hybrid implementation/support projects
