Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for BellaVita across website, product pages, category pages and content.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Handle on-page, off-page and technical SEO activities in coordination with relevant teams.
- Optimise website content, product pages, meta titles, descriptions, internal linking and other SEO elements.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions and other SEO KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Content and Website teams to develop SEO-led content strategies.
- Manage Google Search campaigns and Google Ads with a focus on acquisition, revenue and ROAS.
- Work on Google Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns and Performance Max campaigns wherever required.
- Analyse Google Ads performance and optimise campaigns based on search terms, audiences, creatives, budgets and conversion data.




- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Segment customers based on behaviour, purchase history, RFM, engagement and other relevant parameters.
- Plan and execute campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications and other CRM channels.
- Develop customer journeys for acquisition, onboarding, repeat purchase, cross-sell, upsell, win-back and reactivation.
- Analyse customer cohorts, repeat purchase rate, retention, LTV, churn and campaign performance.
- Work on CRM automation, triggered campaigns and personalised communication.
- Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Content and Creative teams to execute integrated growth initiatives.
- Continuously test and optimise SEO, Google and CRM campaigns to improve traffic, conversion, retention and revenue.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
