Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Mandarin language.

- Handle international voice process queries from customers with empathy and professionalism.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in a BPO/call center workplace, preferably in a customer support role.

- Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the Mandarin language (

- Ability to work on International Voice Process projects with excellent communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge required; familiarity with CRM software an added advantage.
